This five-day intensive course enables the participants to develop the expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2008. Participants will also master the best practices to implement quality processes based on requirements from ISO 9001. This training is consistent with the good practices of project management established in ISO 10006 (Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for Quality Management in Projects). This training is fully compatible with ISO 9004 guidance’s (Managing for the sustained success of an organization — A quality management approach).
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (5 days)
Mastering the Audit of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001
This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the expertise needed to audit a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 and to manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During this training, the participant will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with the certification process of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Based on practical exercises, the participant will develop the skills (mastering audit techniques) and competencies (managing audit teams and audit program, communicating with customers, conflict resolution, etc.) necessary to conduct an audit efficiently.
ISO 9001 Foundation (2 days)
Become acquainted with the best practices for implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001
This course enables the participants to learn about the best practices for implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in ISO 9001:2008, as well as ISO 9004:2009 (Managing for the sustained success of an organization — A quality management approach). The participant will learn the different components of a QMS, including the QMS quality manual, required procedures, records, measuring performance, management’s commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.

Introduction to the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001
This one-day training enables the participants to be familiar with the basic concepts of the implementation and management of a Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in ISO 9001:2008. The participant will learn the different components of a QMS, including the QMS quality manual, required procedures, records, measuring performance, management’s commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.
Certified ISO 29001 Lead Implementer (5 days)
Mastering the implementation and management of quality management system of petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, sector-specific for product and service supply organizations based on ISO/TS 29001
This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing system of petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, sector specific for product and service supply organizations based on ISO/TS 29001:2010. Participants will gain knowledge on requirement for quality management systems in the exploration and production sector of the petroleum and natural gas industry. Training for this technical specification is based on the management system model of continual improvement stressing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain and service providers.
